I have also Rubbla IgG positive doctoer said no need to worry if you have IgM negative. But with my unborn child was dead without any problem. same as you wife.

I thing it was happned because of High IgG levels means than re-infacation of Rubbla. Rubbla vaccine may save your child. but i surfed on net and i found that rubbela vaccine should not be taken during pregnancy. so pls ask your doctor for this.
